Tactical athletes of all disciplines must have a high degree of varied physical capacities for the best chance to successfully execute tasks in high-risk scenarios. Above average stamina, speed, muscular endurance, and absolute strength are required as well as the ability to express these skills under the load of equipment and body armor. The TA/UPSE Program is valuable for the individual with a conditioning or endurance background who needs an importance placed on upper body strength to balance out capacities. This blueprint will have valuable carryover into future training. PDF available after purchase.
