CANDIDATE PHYSICAL ABILITY TEST(CPAT)/ACADEMY READY-CONDITIONING

The CPAT is a high-intensity, mixed-modal event that ranges between six minutes to ten minutes.  There are eight individual tasks that are executed above bodyweight, at a high heart rate, and without rest periods between each evolution. This program is designed to emphasize conditioning while maintaining the requisite strength. It also lends value to the Fire Academy and Station setting. PDF available after purchase.

Program benefits will be optimized when undertaken in a gym setting or an appropriately outfitted garage.
